1. General Terms
i. Interpretation
1.1 “Company” refers to Buddhas & Wellness Ltd, registered in England & Wales, together with any associated entities, referred to as “Buddhas & Wellness”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
1.2 “Customer” refers to anyone who has booked a class, created an account, bought a voucher, purchased a membership, or subscription.
1.3 “Class” or “Classes” refer to yoga, workshops, or wellness sessions offered by the Company.
1.4 “Terms and Conditions” refer to this document.
1.5 By accessing and using this website (the “Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you should not use the Site.
1.6 The Company reserves the right to change these Terms. Customers are encouraged to check the Terms regularly before booking.
ii. Bookings

All classes must be pre-booked and paid for in advance via our booking system.

Spaces are limited; we cannot guarantee entry without pre-booking.

Multiple class passes are personal and non-transferable.

The Company reserves the right to refuse entry or remove Customers who breach these Terms.

Referral offers, where available, are discretionary and subject to fair use.
iii. Cancellations

Each booking system will state its Cancellation Cut-off (e.g. 12 hours before class start).

Cancellations made before the cut-off will be credited back to your account.

Cancellations after the cut-off, or no-shows, will not be refunded and may incur charges for members.

Memberships and passes are non-refundable. Memberships renew monthly unless cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice by emailing info@buddhasandwellness.com.
iv. Locations & Start Times

Locations and class times may change. Updates will be shown on the Site and communicated to booked Customers.

Customers should arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Entry may be refused once a class has started.
v. Fitness & Health

Customers should consult a doctor before attending classes if they have health concerns.

Those with cardiovascular conditions or blood pressure issues should seek medical clearance.

Participation is at the Customer’s own risk. The Company accepts no liability for injury, except where legally required.

Customers may be asked to complete a health questionnaire before participating.

Classes are not suitable for pregnancy unless explicitly stated.
vi. Personal Belongings

Belongings are brought at the Customer’s own risk. Secure storage is provided but the Company is not liable for loss or damage unless legally required.
vii. Dress & Suitability

Customers should wear appropriate, clean clothing suitable for yoga and wellness activities.

Customers under 16 are not permitted except for designated children’s classes.

Shoes are not allowed in practice areas. Mats are provided; towels must be brought by Customers.
viii. Accessibility
-
Our website and facilities are designed to be as accessible as possible. Please contact us if you experience any issues.
ix. Behaviour & Conduct

Buddhas & Wellness maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other customers.

Customers in breach may be excluded without refund.
x. Complaints

We aim to respond to all complaints within 48 hours.
2. Store Terms & Conditions

i. General Information
These terms cover the purchase of goods or services (including workshops, memberships, and merchandise) from Buddhas & Wellness. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

ii. Contract of Purchase

Orders are confirmed when payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

If we cannot fulfil an order, you will be refunded within 7 working days.
iii. Products

Products may differ slightly from images online.

Returns are accepted within 28 days if unused and in original condition (excluding digital products and certain events).

Refunds are processed within 7 working days.
iv. Prices & Payment

All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Payments must be made by debit or credit card via our secure system.
v. Rights to Cancel

Customers may cancel and receive a refund if goods are faulty or not as described.

For workshops or courses, deposits are non-refundable. Full fees are refundable only before the course begins.
vi. Liability

Buddhas & Wellness is responsible for foreseeable loss or damage only.

We are not liable for business use of products or indirect losses.
vii. Data Protection

All data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy (2025).

By purchasing, you consent to data being used for order fulfilment and related communications.
viii. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes may be brought in the courts of the UK.
